Ungebleichte Stärken

Um Saucen zu binden, kommen bei FRoSTA nur ungebleichte Kartoffel- oder Reisstärken zum Einsatz. Chemisch modifizierte Stärken (E1404-E1451) erleichtern zwar die Verarbeitung, gehören aber zu den Lebensmittelzusatzstoffen und somit nicht in unsere Gerichte.

On every FRoSTA package you will find an 8-digit production code (starting with L). When you enter this code in the Ingredient Tracker, the origin of the ingredients for exactly the FRoSTA product you are holding in your hand will be listed. The code is an eight-digit sequence of numbers and letters. It begins with "L" and is located on the back or on the side flap of the packaging - directly below the best before date.
