Gelbe Zucchini

Die Zucchini ist ein Kürbisgewächs und stammt vom Riesenkürbis ab. Das Gemüse von 10 – 40 cm Länge hat die Farbe hellgrün, dunkelgrün oder gelbweiß gesprenkelt. Neuere Sorten sind auch länglich-birnenförmig in den Farben knallig gelb oder hellgrün. Das Fruchtfleisch ist weiß oder cremefarben.
